J-Style Home Delivery Shopping Guide

You can place orders by submitting the “order form” online. At this moment, our home delivery service is available for Hong Kong address only. However, we may be able to make special delivery arrangement for our overseas customers. If you would like to place orders from outside Hong Kong, please feel free to contact us directly by email at info@j-style.com.hk .

1.	Place your order
	Click the “ORDER FORM” button at the top right hand side of the main page and fill it out with the quantity of products you want to order, your name, address, telephone number and other pertinent information. Click the “SUMBIT” button at the bottom of the page when completed.
2.	Local Delivery by Hong Kong Post
	Local orders will be delivered via Hong Kong Post. According to our company policy, products will be delivered in 3 working days after we receive your payment. In case the net order amount is less than HKD300, HKD15 will be charged as shipping/handing fee, and this amount will be added to the total charge of the order. 	a) Payment by PayPal   PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address to securely send online payments using their credit card or bank account. Customer will receive an email with a link to click on to make their payment.　If you wish to make a payment through PayPal, we recommend you to open an account with PayPal. Please visit PayPal's official website for detailed information on how to create an account and make payments: http://www.paypal.com/hk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_email-payments-overview-outside     b) Payment by Cheque   After your order form is submitted, our company will contact you by email or telephone to confirm stock availability, payment amount (including any shipping costs and special discount, if applicable) and the corresponding invoice number. Cheques should be in Hong Kong Dollars made payable to "J-Style Creations Co. Ltd". Please write down the invoice number, your name and contact telephone number on the back of the cheque; specify “Home Delivery Shopping” on the envelope and send the cheque to the following address: Address: Room C, 2/F, Fully Industrial Building, No.6 Tsun Yip Lane, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong     c) Payment by Bank Deposit   After your order form is submitted, our company will contact you by email or telephone to confirm stock availability, invoice number and payment amount (including any shipping costs and special discount, if applicable).　Please deposit the exact amount of your order in Hong Kong Dollars to the following bank account. Customers are responsible for any bank transaction fees. Please mark the invoice number on the Deposit Slip and fax to us at (852) 2366-0995. Bank name : HSBC Merchant Name : J-Style Creations Co. 3.	Local Delivery on C.O.D (Cash-on-delivery basis)
	Alternatively, your order can be directly delivered to your designated address under Cash-on-delivery basis. After your order form is submitted, our company will contact you by email or telephone to confirm the stock availability and payment amount (after taking into account the shipping costs or customer discount, if any). The purchase amount plus the following shipping charges will be collected when the products are delivered.

	* Delivery service is only available for an address with vehicular and lift access. * Extra delivery fee will be charged if the destination is Islands, Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Repulse Bay, Cyber Port, Ocean Park, Stanley, Tin Shui Wai, The Hong Kong International Airport, Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Pok Fu Lam, Lok Ma Chau, Sham Wan, Upper Midlevel and The Peak.
